Terms of Service
Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Order Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled by Beyond Pharmacy in Surrey, BC, in compliance with Canadian pharmaceutical laws. We are not responsible for issues caused by carriers (UPS, Canada Post, FedEx, or international mail) once parcels leave our possession.
Product Availability
Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Cases may be shipped as individual units if necessary.
Non-Refundable Items
No refunds or exchanges are accepted on bacteriostatic water or medical equipment due to health and safety regulations.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders (USA/Canada only)
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Replacements or credits may be offered upon review and supporting documentation.
International Shipping (Outside Canada)
International orders are processed and shipped on business days. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage once an order is shipped, and cannot recall shipments after they enter customs. No refunds or exchanges are offered for international orders. Store credit may be issued at our discretion in the case of incorrect items.
Free Shipping Disclaimer – Canada & USA
We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States, which covers the cost of postage for delivery from our facility to your address.
However, this does not include any additional charges that may arise due to customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs imposed by state or federal authorities. These fees are determined by local regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient. We strongly encourage all customers to review their local import laws prior to ordering.
Customs, Duties, and Documentation
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage, or import fees. We do not reimburse or compensate for these charges, or for parcels refused, delayed, or seized by customs. Some products, such as bacteriostatic water, are over-the-counter in Canada but may be regulated differently in the U.S. Customs may request additional documentation, such as a prescription (Rx), to confirm personal use. We are not responsible for customs decisions, delays, or requests. Buyers must comply with their local laws and promptly provide any required documentation.
If you have an Rx it is recommended to email us a copy with your ID as we can include the copy with shipment.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are subject to change. Payment is required in full before orders are shipped.
Return-to-Sender & Restocking Fee Policy
If a shipment is returned to us due to the recipient’s refusal, failure to pick up, or incorrect address provided, a restocking fee will apply. This fee will cover:
- All original shipping and handling costs
- Any duties, customs, or brokerage fees we incurred
- Return shipping charges (if applicable)
These charges will be deducted from the original purchase price before any refund is issued. Refunds will only be processed once the item is received back in our facility in unused and sellable condition.
We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping information and ensuring availability to receive your order to avoid these charges.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for misuse or improper application of products. Always consult a healthcare professional. Products are for research purposes only, and we are not liable for improper use.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
