Shipping Policy
Canada Post – Primary Carrier (Effective June 26, 2025)
Starting June 26, 2025, Canada Post will be our primary shipping carrier for order fulfillment, offering more efficient customs processing.
U.S. Import Note
Although this product is available over the counter in Canada, U.S. regulations differ. USPS customs may randomly select your package for review and may request a prescription to confirm personal use. If requested, please obtain a Rx from your doctor to expedite clearance. Compliance with federal and state laws is the buyer’s responsibility.
Responsibility & Customs
Beyond Pharmacy is not liable for carrier delays, customs processing, additional costs, or any issues after the package is handed to the carrier. Customers are responsible for all documentation, duties, taxes, and import fees, which may be charged if a package is inspected.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends) after payment and verification.
Free Shipping Disclaimer – Canada & USA
We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States, which covers the cost of postage for delivery from our facility to your address.
However, this does not include any additional charges that may arise due to customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs imposed by state or federal authorities. These fees are determined by local regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Carrier Delays & Address Accuracy
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to carrier issues, customs, or inaccurate address information provided at checkout.
International Shipping & Returns
International shipping is available to select countries. Customs fees and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Orders cannot be recalled after crossing the border, and returns are not accepted.
Return-to-Sender & Restocking Fee Policy
Please note that if a shipment is returned to us due to the recipient’s refusal, failure to pick up, or incorrect address provided, a restocking fee will apply. This fee will cover:
- All original shipping and handling costs
- Any duties, customs, or brokerage fees we incurred
- Return shipping charges (if applicable)
These charges will be deducted from the original purchase price before any refund is issued. Refunds will only be processed once the item is received back in our facility in unused and sellable condition.
We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping information and ensuring availability to receive your order to avoid these charges.
Lost or Damaged Packages
For lost or damaged shipments, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Beyond Pharmacy is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once shipped.
