- All medical equipment
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these products once they have left the pharmacy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
In certain cases, a replacement may be issued depending on the specific situation.
To request a replacement, please provide:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
